빠르고 간편합니다

뮤즐리를 그릇에 넣습니다. 잠길 정도로 우유를 붓고 저어줍니다. 바로 드시거나 15분 내지 하룻밤 동안 놓아 둡니다.

스위스 버쳐 뮤즐리

스위스 뮤즐리를 그릇에 넣고, 잠길 정도로 우유를 붓고, 약간의 요구르트를 추가합니다. 좋아하는 2-3가지의 신선한 과일을 작은 조각으로 자르거나 냉동 베리를 추가합니다. 농도 조절을 위해 오렌지 주스를 추가해도 좋습니다. 48시간 동안 냉장 상태로 유지합니다.

시간 절약

1. 뮤즐리를 그릇에 넣고, 잠길 정도로 물을 붓습니다
2. 전자렌지에 강에서 1분 동안 조리한 후 꺼냅니다. 주의: 뜨겁습니다!
